Step-by-step Guide

Materials:

  • Worsted weight yarn in various colors (brown, white, yellow, orange, black)
  • 4.0mm crochet hook
  • 9mm safety eyes
  • Tapestry needle
  • Embroidery floss
  • Stuffing

Crochet Wizard Owl Hedwig Amigurumi

Body:

  1. Using brown yarn, crochet 6 sc in a magic ring.
  2. Inc in each st around (12 sc).
  3. Cont in rounds of sc, inc in every other st until there are 36 sc.
  4. Work 10 rnds without incs.

Ears (make 2):

Arms (make 2):

  5. Fasten off.

  7. Sew wings to body.

Hat:

  1. Using gray yarn, ch 5.
  2. Close into a ring with a sl st.
  3. Work rounds of sc, incing 1 st at the end of each rnd until the hat is the desired size.
  4. Fasten off and leave a long tail for sewing.
  5. Fold the hat brim up and sew the edge in place.

Scarf:
